Return & Exchange Policy

At ABKEYS, every order is carefully inspected before it ships. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, or any reason other than the two cases below.

When we accept a return or exchange

A return or exchange is only possible if:

  1. You received the wrong item — different from what you ordered, or
  2. The item arrived defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.

In any other case — including ordering by mistake or no longer needing the item — returns and refunds are not available.

Items that can never be returned

For security reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once the factory seal is broken, even if unused:

  • Key programmers and diagnostic tools
  • Smart keys and remotes
  • Any software or activated devices

How to request a return

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at sales@abkeys.com, with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we are not notified within 48 hours, the item cannot be replaced or compensated.
  • Approved returns must be completed within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, all of the following must apply:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the factory seal intact.
  • It is in its original packaging, placed inside an additional outer shipping box for protection in transit.
  • If a returned item arrives in a condition that cannot be restocked, you may choose to have it shipped back to you at your own cost. No refund will be issued.

Shipping costs

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns must be shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Aramex. Shipping via EMS or local post office is not accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to appear on your card statement.
