This document represents a legal guide that serves as our Exchange Policy.
Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds:
If an item is missing, damaged or an incorrect item has been received you must advise us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. If we are not advised within 48 hours, we will not compensate or replace the item(s)
Our returns & refunds policy lasts 15 days from the purchase date.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, and it must be shipped back using FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Aramex, Shipping using EMS, or post office is not acceptable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your product (s) should have one of the following conditions:
- Wrong product was sent by the merchant (ABKEYS).
- You received a factory-defective items
Note: ABKEYS has the right to accept or decline product (s) return or exchange if the customer orders an item by mistake, or if he doesn’t need that item anymore.
To be eligible for a return all the following conditions must apply (if one condition is not applied you will not be eligible for a return:
- Product (s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Product (s) must be in the original packaging and placed inside another/additional shipping box or package.
- If a returned item is found to be in a condition that cannot be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return. No refund will be issued.
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Items can be exchanged for the identical item (in the case of a factory-defective item) but cannot be returned for a refund.
- If the customer ordered the wrong item.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges unless noted otherwise.
ABKEYS must be informed within 48 hours of delivery confirmation if you got any issue with the products and your items will be eligible for exchange within 15 days from the day it was purchased
(ABKEYS reserves the right to deny any exchange).
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. In most cases, we will need to refund via the same payment method. When a credit card was used, refunds must be made back to the same credit card account. Please note it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
