BMW Ews3 tester overview:

With The BMW EWS testing device, you can test the EWS and the new transponder key after programming.

Just connect the EWS module to the device, choose the switch position you need (manual or automatic gearbox) then press START button.

If the transponder key is programmed correctly, you will hear the sound of a buzzer and see the green LED light.
